Delete your Musedrops account

You can delete your Musedrops account and its data directly in the app.

Steps

1. Open the Musedrops app
2. Get to the Me page
3. Tap Delete account
4. Confirm when prompted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery period and no way to restore the account.

What we delete: your account and sign-in identity (including your email address), your taste profile, your saved drops, your show preferences and muted shows, and your listening history.

What we keep: usage data held by our analytics and advertising providers (PostHog, Google Firebase, and Meta) is not removed by this process. It is retained according to those providers' own retention policies. To request removal of that data, email support@musedrops.com.

If you can't access the app, email support@musedrops.com from your account's email address and we'll process the deletion for you.
